Visiting this site does not mean that users must provide any information about themselves.

When it is necessary for the user to register or provide personal details to be able to access any of the specific services, the collection, handling and, if appropriate, transfer and access of the user‘s personal details is carried out with the user‘s express and unequivocal authorization and respecting the provisions of organic law 15/99 of 13 December, relating to personal data protection, within the framework of the Spanish legislation and the guidelines developed from it.

When it is compulsory to register in order to access determined services, the user will be advised and it will only be within their power to do so, as personal details must be provided at all times in order to do this; the user is consequently authorizing the details they have provided to be incorporated into a personal record that is the property of Endesa Energía, S.A.U., as well as authorizing their handling and use to facilitate providing the requested services, the correct identification of users of personalised services, carrying out statistical studies that aid designing improvements in offered services, as well as keeping the user informed of the latest news, products and services related with the portal.

It is indicated during data collection whether the requested data is of a voluntary or compulsory nature. Refusing to provide the details classified as compulsory will mean that services will not be provided or it will be impossible to access the requested service.

In cases where the user provides his e-mail address to access some of the services offered, the user can declare that he does not want to receive any kind of communication that Portae.com may send, apart from the communication that is strictly bound to the requested services.

By supplying their details, the User is declaring that the information provided is truthful and legal, to the best of their knowledge. Endesa Energía S.A.U. reserves the right to remove all data belonging to users whose personal details are proven to be false.

ENDESA ENERGÍA S.A.U. has adopted the legally envisaged technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security and integrity of the data, as well as avoiding their alteration, loss, mistreatment, unauthorized access or theft. Nevertheless, it must be taken into account that the measures on the Internet are not impregnable.

Users who provide their personal data, give their express consent for these to be used to make sales offers related with activities pertaining to its business purpose or transfer them to other entities within the ENDESA Group (with Group being understood as the provision in article 4 of the Stock Market Law) or subsidiary companies that form this Group.

The user may exercise their right to oppose, access and inform, rectify, cancel his details and revoke his authorization without retroactive effects under the terms specified in Organic Law 15/1999 relating to Personal Data Protection, conforming to the legally established process.

These rights may be exercised by sending an e-mail to portae@portae.com with subject "Portae User Personal Data" or by a written and signed request sent to PORTAE.COM, ENDESA ENERGÍA S.A.U., Ribera del Loira, nº 60, post code 28042 Madrid. This request must contain the following details: user's full name, address where notifications should be sent, photocopy of National Identity Card, request which is the subject matter of the mail. In the event that someone is being represented, this must be proven through reliable documentation.

Measuring audience figures and using cookies
